Bride and Groom Cake Pops

Good Morning everyone.... What a lovely saturday morning.... Love this weather its not HOT or COLD. Its just perfect. but on another note I have two sicks babies (my little baby S and my big baby D) both with allergies. :0( not cool. I hate when they get sick, I wish I could take their sickness onto me.... but I dont have that power so the only thing mommies can do is give TLC because we were blessed that way. Its not easy being a mom, but I wouldn't trade it for nothing. Well let me stop talking and I'll go right to business.
Yesterday I had a lil crazy day, boyyyy I worked on these for some many hours, but it was so worth it.  Made these cake pops for my mom's, friend daughter's bridal shower. Her bridal shower is today.
"Happy Bridal Shower Monica" Hope you will have a blast.
Here are some images of the cake pops.

Easter Cake Pops Arrangement

Made these CakePop Arrangements today for a close friend of mine.
If you are wondering what Cake pops are. Click here Standard CakePop to view my version on how to make these sweet cakepops.
I started off with some hot glue and lollipop sticks.  I love to add ribbon to my lollipop. It makes it alot cuter. and I'm so glad that I usually find a great ribbon that match's most of my themes.
Hope you enjoyed my images. Go to go now, make more goodies
for tomorrow's family lunch.
Happy Easter everyone.

Easter Cake Pops

Made these yesterday for my friend Lucy. These are great to give out has Easter gifts. Who doesn't like cake and chocolate...
so here is how you can make it.
Bake your favorite cake mix.
Crumb  your cake in the mixer with 1/4 of your favorite frosting.
See below.
Roll your cake into whichever shape you like, in this case mine was eggs.

Dip in your favorite chocolate and add any sprinkles of your choice.
To add a little touch to the cakepops. I printed Happy Easter Tags from Bakerella Website.
You can find them Here!
Using a scallop circle punch I cut out the tags.
using my smaller punch I used another small punch on each tags
so I can insert it into the cake pop twist ties.
and here are my final easter cake pops.

Disney Cars Cake and Cupcakes

Made these yesterday for a little boy name Dylan who just turned 5.
We will be celebrating his birthday party today.
Please excuse some pics, has I'm baking and snapping pictures at the same time.
Anyhow, here is what I made. Perhaps you should try it yourself it was really fun.
If you do, please  let me know I would love to see it. :0)
This cake looks really cool when you cut a slice. I will show you later.
So here is what I did. I cut a paper the same size has the pan.
From the first edge to the first square its about 2 inches.
Than I made another square from the first square about 1 inch to the middle of the paper creating another square (I think I missed a pictures on that).
Then I placed the paper on top of the cake and cut the cake as you see below.
and the middle of the cake again. (you see the middle square) lol
and this is the first part of the cake.
Second part, I made the same thing on the yellow cake.
Then after the cake is all cut out. You swiped the cakes both middle parts.
This is the chocolate cake with yellow cake. and the same for the yellow cake.
my first layer on the yellow cake. I'll tell you a secret that I heard from
my instructor ( the more frost your cake the less crumbs on the cake)
then the second cake and frosting.
here is my cake all frosted up with buttercream frosting.
After all the frosting comes the fun part of the cake. Decorating.
So here is my photos, hope you like my cake.
This is the beginning of my decoration.
and this is after its all iced up.
Other then the cake I also baked cupcakes.
all wrapped up and ready to go.

Strawberry Shortcake Cake Pops

Here is a another project that I worked on for this week.
Cake pops on a white lollipop stick are precious, but with a little detail to them,
it makes them alot more adorable.
Here is my hot glue gun, which I can't be without and some green ribbon.
and here are the rest.
Pink and Green to go with the strawberry shortcake theme.
Crumbled the cake. Can you spot my spatula?
Hot pink chocolate melting.
My little helper was able to take a pic with the sprinkles falling into the cake pop. :0)
Made these tags to go with the Strawberry theme.
and here they are the hot pink strawberry shortcake theme cake pops.
all wrapped up and ready to go.
